Help restore native habitat at Steamer Landing Park at one of our seasonal Stewardship Days. These afternoons on the land allow everyone in the community to be a part of stewarding the Petaluma River Watershed habitat and supporting our most vulnerable neighbors. Steamer Landing Park is home to abundant wildlife including large mammals such as deer and fox as well as birds such as herons, egrets, and raptors.

Each day will have a different focus in order to meet the changing needs of the Park throughout the fall, winter and spring seasons. We will remove invasive plants; plant native trees, grasses and shrubs; mulch and water; remove trash and other barriers to a healthy habitat.

Stewardship Days are on the 4th Sunday of the month from 10am – 2pm.

Dates: October 27th, November 24th, December 22nd, January 26th, February 23rd, March 22nd, April 26th
